FYI.....
With the exception of those with a current Military (Retired) ID,
EACH person attending the banquet must submit a completed Security Form !
The Security Form along with the SDR XII Crew Registration Form (and check) should be sent to:

The forms must be received no later that 4 MAY 2026
so that CDR Mark Mosher can finalize Catering and Security.

The banquet will be at The Brashear Conference Center, on the JEB Little Creek base..... Bus transportation will be provided.

I just verified with the base that the security form is NOT required if you have a current retired military ID.
